Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending upon the volume of the order (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery pin code from the date of shipment PAN India.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: Rs. 75.  Free shipping is available on orders exceeding Rs.1000

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact us immediately at ccd@sunerzy.in We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
